The Brain Game Benefit
Just like the other muscles in your body your brain needs to be exercised. Studies have suggested mental activity once a week can reduce one's risk of dementia by 7 percent. In addition, by participating in these activites more frequently reduction went up to 63 percent.
The medical community is not yet certain why mental activity benefits the brain, but it is becoming more evident that mental activity has numerous positive benefits.
